Machined from durable aluminum with a black anodized finish, this one piece scope mount base is designed for the Browning Buck Mark pistol. This rail mounts directly to the pistol slide and allows for the installation of scopes utilizing the Weaver Rail system. Don't miss a shot with factory original Browning components.

Replacement scope base.

This original Browning base, was to replace an aftermarket scope base, on my 2001 Buckmark. The aftermarket base rear screw would start working loose, after 30 shots or less. I tried several things to keep it tight, but kept loosening. The Browning base can make use of the little lock washers, and with a different red dot on it, hopefully it stays locked down.
