Overall I like the timney trigger but if you are looking for an easy install, don't be fooled by [easy installation] claim. I have installed two so far. Once attached to the receiver it takes a lot of fussing with the adjustments to get it to work right. I found mine to be barely on the sear with the factory adjustment. Light pull and no travel. very un safe. Make sure you have enough travel to allow for sudden shock like dropping the rifle. Next, the stock required quite a bit of re-shaping to get trigger to fit. and lastly, the trigger guard will have to be ground out to allow for the safety to pivot, and the slot filed back for more trigger movement. A lot of hand work but you end up with a decent trigger and a thumb safety... In my opinion it's worth the money just for the safety but be prepared for some work..

Great trigger but in hindsight if you don't need a safety and are comfortable using the original safety on the Type 38 you can remove the e-clip on the left side and the safety arm/plate will come out and then remove the peg on the spring and it will be a tackdriver that you won't have to carve out the right side of the stock to install.
