Descripton: Apex Smith and Wesson M&P Light RAM. Manufacturer: Apex Tactical. Specs: The Light Reset Assist Mechanism kit works in M&P Models with the Magazine Disconnect. It maintains the full function of the Magazine Disconnect and produces the tactile trigger reset and added failsafe features of the original Reset Assist Mechanism. Applicability: For use in the S&W M&P 9mm, .357 Sig, .40 S&W models only that DO NOT INCLUDE a thumb safety or the Internal Locking System. Not for use in VTAC variant due to a change in sear housing block configuration. Note: It is recommended that all Apex Tactical Specialties parts be installed by a qualified gunsmith.

The fact that you can push the trigger forward if the trigger spring were to break is a plus. I can hear and feel the trigger reset a little more but it is not as pronounced as I was hoping for. The ordering process was good. The shipping was fast. Overall, I'll just have to be happy with this item or add a duty/off duty enhancement system
