Looks way better and the blue partsare rubber inserts so the grip is quite a bit better, looks much better and the stock grip imo.

Huge upgrade in the looks department for my Neos. Shipping was very quick and install was very easy. My only gripe is that it doesn't fit real good around the front of the trigger, small gap between the grip and frame.
