good for Nova shotguns

I put this in a Benelli Nova to give it some weight. Works well with the C & H Research Mercury Recoil Suppressor (this is a good replacement for the Benelli recoil suppressor 14 oz) I used the 5 inch 16 oz weight and it fits perfectly and is very effective.
