Description: Winchester SXP Shotgun Alloy Matte Scope Base. This Winchester factory scope base is manufactured from aircraft grade aluminum alloy for durability. This scope base will accept most Weaver pattern scope rings. This kit includes the scope base as well as mounting screws. Please note your receiver will have to be drilled and tapped. This base will fit Winchester SXP shotguns.

Nice rail for SXP long beard

Installed on a winchester sxp longbeard 20gauge after cleaning the screw threads, applying a little blue loctite and a torque spec of about 20inch pounds. Rail sits relatively low and after attaching a swampfox kingslayer red dot, I am still able to get a proper cheek weld while looking through the site. Spring can't come soon enough!

Purchased same scope base a couple years ago. I have it installed on an SXP 20 gauge and use a detachable scope for hunting turkey and deer. Works good and doesn't interfere too much when hunting birds or clay shooting. Also replaced front bead on barrel with a Hi-Viz Sight. Good for these old eyes.
