Description: Winchester 1200 / 1300 / 1400 / 1500 Firing Pin Spring. This factory original steel firing pin spring will fit the 12 or 20 gauge versions of Winchester 120, 1200, 1300, 140, 1400 or 1500 shotguns. Made at the Winchester USRAC factory in New Haven, Ct., each spring was manufactured to the highest stadards in materials and workmanship. Just prior to opening day of dove season, I replaced the firing pin spring, and the return spring (also from MGW). My 1400 20ga. never cycled properly and I got a bunch of light primer strikes. The new firing pin spring was almost 0.300" longer than the old spring. The new springs did the trick.

My dad’s Winchester model 1200 has been sitting in pieces since I was a teenager, and I finally got around to taking a real look at it to fix it. Big thanks to Midwest gun works for having parts on hand, like the firing pin spring I needed. My dad had tears in his eyes when I showed him his favorite shotgun all out together again!
