This rear sight drum is exactly what you need it you have an HK SP5. It's much easier for me to line up my target with this than the sight H&K included.
A word of caution. If you plan to install it yourself, I'd do it in a small room where you can easily find smal parts. There is an incredibly tiny part under spring pressure that went flying, along with the spring, when I installed it. I miraculously found both quickly.
