Description: Aero Precision AR-15 / M5 Oops Kit. This Aero Precision Oops kit is assembled and manufactured for the AR-15 platform rifles chambered in .223 Rem, 5.56x45mm, .300 Blackout. This kit is great for replacing common lost and damaged pieces, or for your next big custom workshop project. Included in this kit is the takedown pin detent, takedown pin spring, bolt catch roll pin, trigger/hammer pin, safety selector spring, buffer retainer, buffer retainer spring, disconnector spring, 4-40 set screw, and threaded roll pin.

I ordered this due to a "oops" moment. Was changing the backplate on my wife's AR and was a 1/4 turn on the buffer tube from being finished and took my eye off the prize and "BOING". At any rate, I found these guys on line and much to my surprise, THEIR oops kit contains two of everything you need...at about the same price as everyone else's for a single kit!

Though the name is a bit cute , it applies. Was doing a rebuild of a friends lower and noted the detent pin spring was MIA. Kit had every small piece that could go missing and at a great package price. Keeping the balance handy for the next oops.

Apparently I should have watched some how-to videos on re-attaching the stock *before* crushing the detent spring and buffer tube retaining pin springs. Solved, and now I'll feel good when I inevitably shoot BCG parts across the kitchen as well. ;)
