    To monitor the usage of the Site, to process payments from You, for MGW customer service purposes.

    For the development, undertaking and compliance of the purchase contract for products or services You have purchased, GUNXCHANGE submissions/correspondence, or of any other contract with MGW through the Site or Our Services.

We may use Your Personal Data to contact You with newsletters, marketing/promotional materials, special offers, news, and other information ("Marketing") that We decern may be of interest to You. You may opt-out of receiving any, or all, of these Marketing communications from Us by utilizing the unsubscribe link provided in any Marketing email We send or by contacting Us.

  • To Provide You with Updates:
    To inform You of various user-interacted features of the Site allowing MGW to contact (email, phone, SMS, etc.) You in regards to such actions. Since these actions are initiated by You, the ability to opt-out may not be available for all scenarios. The best method of not having Your Personal Data used from these actions is to not engage in these actions; MGW may be able to manually prevent selected communication and must be inquired to us directly. These actions include, but is not limited to:

    • Signing up for a product Wait List via email or phone number
    • Placing an order on the Site. Several emails will be sent to Your given email address for order confirmation, tracking information when the order ships, and any other aspect or problem pertaining to Your placed order.
    • After You place an order, an email may be sent to Your given email address soliciting a review(s) by You for the products You had purchased on the Site.
    • You may receive an email(s) after a determinate amount of time informing You that items You have added to Your cart on the Site are still contained within Your basket session. This may only happen when You are logged into Your user account on the Site or when checking out as a guest and 1) You have provided Your Personal Data; 2) You have left or abandoned the checkout process without completing it.

MGW does not knowingly sell or share Personal Information of any consumers under eighteen (18) years of age.
