The Quick Detach Rear Sling Attachment includes the Limited Rotation Sling Swivel feature to help eliminate sling wrap-up. Pain in the ass but worth it

I cant ding MGW or ggng for it being a pain in the ass. Or really even MAC. Installed on a MAC 1014 at the same time that I installed an adjustable rear stock by Panzer. Had to fight quite a bit (heatgun makes it possible at least) to get the old recoil / stock tube off which was most of the headache, but then also trying to index everything into place so that the grip and stock were vertical to the receiver when everything was properly torqued. Again, no one's fault but my own trial and error. Was able to install and very happy with the end result. Would be nice if the rectangular qd swivel was available with it but none in stock. Picked one up from my local ffl. Fast friendly service. Quick shipping. Great product!
