Description: MDT Magazine Extender Spring +2 Rounds for MDT 10 Round AICS Metal Magazine. The MDT Magazine Extender Spring is designed to add 2 rounds to the capacity of most 308 AICS metal short action magazines. This magazine spring includes the polymer follower installed and, in combination with the MDT Magazine Extender bottom, is tested and compatible with MDT, AICS, and Accurate-Mag AICS pattern 3.050-length metal magazines chambered in short action calibers. This magazine extender spring is made of durable steel to offer a long service life.

NOTE: When used with MDT 10-round metal magazines, a magazine extender must be used, as the existing magazine bottom does not provide sufficient space when the extender spring is installed. This will work with all other known metal 10 round 308 AICS magazines. This extender spring will not work with any magazine that has any inserts like the 6BR magazine or a metal 223 mag with polymer inserts.
