Description: Apex Tactical Smith & Wesson SDVE Action Enhancement Kit. This Apex Tactical Action Enhancement Kit is manufactured for theSmith & Wesson SD9, SD40, SD9 VE and SD40 VE pistols chambered in 9mm and .40 S&W. Made of steel components, this kit includes an Apex Action Enhancment Trigger for the SDVE, Apex Trigger Return Spring, Apex Striker Block Spring, Apex SD Striker Spring and Apex Sear Spring.

The Apex Action Enhancement Kit for the SDVE pistol combines the Apex Action Enhancement Trigger and Apex Spring Kit for the SDVE into one convenient package that when installed produces a smoother, lighter trigger pull with less pre-travel and over-travel and an improved reset. This kit is a significant improvement over the stock factory trigger pull yet still ideal for duty/carry and personal protection purposes, as well as recreational shooting.

I installed the trigger and springs kit and like the feel and ease of the trigger squeeze. I have yet to do a live test but I am very happy with the dry test I have done so far. I recommend it to anyone that has the SDVE build.

I wish I would have found you sooner. I was thinking getting rid of my S&W SDVE then I switched the spring set and the trigger travel is no longer spongy and it reduce the fatigue from the original trigger spring. I used it with my laser tag training and I can tell the reduction in the pointer shake from the trigger travel and squeeze. I recommend it to anyone that wants to

This kit make a significant improvement to the SD trigger function, but does not make it a good trigger.

For my old SD9VE that I had for 8 years the trigger for this is terrible but if you buy this will make the trigger much smoother and lighter pulled.
