Midwest Gun Works DOES NOT offer refunds in place of the magazines.
It is the customer's responsibility for understanding state and local laws regarding magazine capacities.
Customers ordering magazines that are illegal to own in their state will have their orders cancelled and will be charged a 5% restocking fee.

- California - no magazines greater than 10 rounds
- Colorado - no magazines greater than 15 rounds
- Connecticut - no magazines greater than 10 rounds (larger with a valid permit.)
- Delaware - no magazines greater than 17 rounds.

- Washington D.C. - no magazines greater than 10 rounds
Exceptions:
- L.E.O. must provide both their credentials and a letterhead signed by their department's superior officer stating that the magazine/weapon will either be used in the execution of the L.E.O.'s duties, or off duty
- o Midwest Gun Works only recognizes City Police Officers, County Sheriff Deputies, and State Police (including Highway Patrol) as L.E.O.'s.
Midwest Gun Works will not disassemble magazines to be sold as magazine parts.

Wanted an original Winchester 22 replacement from buying the gun . I took apart the old one and never was right till I seen how to rewind spring in mag. Now got 2 standard 10 rds .Also uses 10/22 mags , just wanted Winchester brand not to mix up with other similar ruler style mags.

This is a factory 10-round mag for the Winchester Wildcat semi-auto rifle. As some have pointed out, you can use Ruger 10/22 mags in this rifle but the Winchester mags fit better and provide a bolt-hold-open feature that the 10/22 lacks. I like to grab an extra when they are in stock.

We had some initial problems with the original magazine that came with the rifle but Winchester customer service provided a "how to" video to fix the malfunctioning magazine - problem solved. New 10 round magazine arrived promptly and appeared to be in good working order. Looking forward to loading these up and firing off some shots at the range and then going for varmints in the future. Thanks MGW for filling this order during this crazy time.
