Smith & Wesson K, L-Frame Grips, Square Butt, Target

You can buy S&W stocks all over the internet, but finding a set that fits right and looks good is difficult without spending $300. I bought these after trying a pair of stocks off of e-Bay and another set from Amazon which did not fit correctly. These look nice and went on without issue. The walnut color looks like real walnut and goes well with my stainless steel revolver. Most importantly, they fit right! I'd buy them again.

Not exactly the original grips I would have wished for, since the revolver was made in 1981 that ship has sailed. These fit perfectly. I am very impressed with how well the grain matched on the 2 halves. Finding grips for a square butt 686 is not easy. These are perfect!

I gave them 4 stars because they looked like nice grips, but they would not fit my gun. The description lists 586 generically, but fails to mention they might not fit early model guns. MGW quickly and easily refunded my purchase, but I think the description should mention the vintage gun issue.

These are nice, however they do not mesh together as closely as a previous ( or original grips ) leaving a slight edge just below the trigger guard. Not something one should expect from a product at this price point.

First, kudos and much appreciation to Midwest. ONLY place for hard to find items. Unbelievably, after much searching MGW was only site that seemed to offer OEM grips for Model 19. Well done!!! Got these to replace the original grips of a 1970s Model 19 four inch square butt. They were cracked due to improperly installed grip drift pin (vintage owners know exactly this problem). These are new design, new materials, and a bit larger (good for my large hands). After getting the grip drift centered w a drift punch (must do! if ya haven't already) these fit perfectly and best of all come with two locating pins! Wish the originals had those, sigh! Also bought the smooth version ("one is none, two is one...") for range use, these checkered for daily carry firm grasp under less than ideal circumstances. Buy these!! Won't regret it!

Ordered these for a model 19-4 the fit perfect and look just as good. A little different shade than the originals but that was over 40 years ago. wouldn't hesitate to buy them again.

I have bought dozens of revolver grips from as many different companies over the years. I have to say that these grips from MGW are far and above all the others! I will buy from them again and I recommend them to any and all revolver owners, men and women.

I bought these grips to replace the Hogues on a model 586. Dropped right in without issue, as expected. Very comfortable grips.

My only problem now is getting the gun reblued. It has too much wear and tear for these beautiful grips
