Description: TAPCO AK Retaining Plate. Constructed of black phosphate coated steel, this retaining plate from TAPCO will fit a variety of rifle and pistol models. The retaining plate is developed to work with the AK-47 / AK-74 platform as well as the FB Radom Tantal models chambered in either 7.62x39mm or 5.45x39mm calibers. Install this plate on the inner side of the receiver to secure pins in place for proper operation of the firearm. Ideal for servicing your firearm or having as a spare, this TAPCO product is proudly made in the USA.

The INTRAFUSE AK Retaining Plate installs in seconds, quickly securing pins in position to keep your trigger group in place. This retaining plate works in virtually all AK's including the Tantal version. Unlike other retaining plates on the market, the TAPCO palte is finished in a phosphate coating, one of the most durable and longest lasting coating options available. It also features an installation tab for ease of use when inserting and removing the plate. This small bend at the top of the plate gives you multi-directional control when working with the tight confines of the AK receiver.
