Description: Mossberg 930 / 935 Magazine Cap Assembly, Matte. This magazine cap assembly is constructed of aluminum with a black finish and is a factory original Mossberg component. This cap assembly is made for the 930 and 935 Mossberg shotgun models. The magazine cap assembly comes with a swivel sling stud for a sling anchor point. This screws on the end of the magazine tube and holds the magazine spring and follower inside the tube. This item is perfect for replacing a worn component or to keep in the parts chest as a backup for your Mossberg shotgun. Mossberg factory parts are made to the highest specifications and standards. Been waiting for what seems like forever for this to come back in stock. I bought this, a magazine spring, and a spring retainer to change my 7+1 Mossberg 930 tactical into a 4+1. Reason was that I got tired of dealing with the spring every time I cleaned it. I used to have to remove the magazine extension tube where the spring is not captive. Now I can remove the cap and forend without dealing with the spring.
