Description: Sig Sauer M400, 516 Ambi Magazine Catch. This ambidextrous magazine catch is for the Sig Sauer M400, 516 and AR-15 rifles chambered in .223 Rem and 5.56x45mm. This catch can function for both left handed and right handed shooters and allows the release of the magazine. Manufactured from steel and featuring a black finish, this component is perfect for your next workshop project or as an immediate replacement for a lost or damaged component.
Note: It is recommended that all Sig Sauer parts be installed by a qualified and trained gunsmith.

Great ambi mag release

I like ambi controls for all my ARs. I have this on 2 of my lowers and it fits and functions well. Large pad to engage the release and it is low profile enough not to snag.

Tried this part on both a Mil-spec forged lower and a milled lower reciever. Worked perfectly on both. This design is very unobtrusive and low profile when compared to similar products. Made of steel. Lefty friendly
