After looking around, I finally found the grip I needed for a used MPX I recently picked up that had an aftermarket grip. I wanted the SIG grip that was supposed to be on it and MGW is where I found it and for a decent price. MGW got it to me expeditiously and the SIG grip fits as it should.

I bought this as an upgrade/replacement for the pistol grip on my MCX. I wanted the door on the bottom of the grip, (which has been discarded on new designs).
This was just what I've come to expect from Sig, the new grip arrived and it took me all of about 3 minutes (with 2 of that looking for my loctite) and the new grip mounted right up. It fits tightly and snug to the frame and the slightly raked angle fits better in my hand.
The material is composite, well molded and the molded texture is very comfortable and sits in my hand well, even with light gloves.

I like the grip texture but its a little big, doesn't have an adjustable backstrap, the angle is almost no better than an A2 grip, and the storage at the bottom is a little rudimentary and hard to open.
If you're looking for the classic MCX grip then this is it, but there are better grips out there.

I bought this to replace the FDE grip on my Sig 516. Identical grip to the original and great fit. Does not come with the hex bolt needed to install but the bolt from old grip is exactly the same. This grip is an excellent choice for a person looking to upgrade from the original grip on the MPX. The original grip is small and at a awkward angle. This grip is larger and fits more like a grip on the AR platform. Sig Sauer messed up by putting such a ridiculous grip on such a beautiful gun. Upgrade now!

As the header states, I put this grip on a Rattler, and it just seems at home on it. Far more aesthetically pleasing than the grip that originally comes with it. Feels ergonomically great in the hand, just a hair on the thicker side, but only those with small girl hands like me would notice that, however it's tolerable. The material used for this pistol grip is on the slightly grippier/rubberish side. Unlike, say the Magpul MOE+, where that one has a rubber overmold, this one seems to have an synthetic injected additive that give it its positive purchase on your grip. All and all, I happy with it, and would recommend it.

There's a large storage compartment inside the grip, aggressive grip texture on the sides, horizontal ridges on the front and back, and most importantly, the grip feels outstanding. The grip angle and rounded backstrap feels better than any other grip I've tried. I'd compare it to the ergo deluxe grip but without the golf ball sized palm swell. It fits my hand so much better than magpul, strike industries, bcm, anything I've tried. I love it.
