Midwest Gun Works DOES NOT offer refunds in place of the magazines.

It is the customer's responsibility for understanding state and local laws regarding magazine capacities.

Customers ordering magazines that are illegal to own in their state will have their orders cancelled and will be charged a 5% restocking fee.

States with applied magazine restrictions:
  • California - no magazines greater than 10 rounds
  • Colorado - no magazines greater than 15 rounds
  • Connecticut - no magazines greater than 10 rounds (larger with a valid permit.)
  • Delaware - no magazines greater than 17 rounds.
  • Hawaii - no pistol magazines greater than 10 rounds
  • Illinois -
    • No pistol magazines greater than 15 rounds
    • No rifle magazines greater than 10 rounds

Exceptions:

  • L.E.O. must provide both their credentials and a letterhead signed by their department's superior officer stating that the magazine/weapon will either be used in the execution of the L.E.O.'s duties, or off duty
    • o Midwest Gun Works only recognizes City Police Officers, County Sheriff Deputies, and State Police (including Highway Patrol) as L.E.O.'s.

Midwest Gun Works will not disassemble magazines to be sold as magazine parts.

Had to modify the 350 legend mag to make it work in my rifle. Had to grind the front of the mag into a U shape so it would feed properly. If not the lip of the cartridge case will hit the front of the mag and cause feeding issues. Had to put magpul anti tilt follower in but you will lose mag capacity from 20 rounds to 15 rounds. Now the mag run great.

When cycling rounds into the chamber, the rounds jam. It appears to be pushing the round to high in the chamber, causing it to jam. The magazine seems to be constructed well, just not performing in my AR.

Have 10 rd and 20 rd mags from DuraMag. 10 has a nice anti-tilt follower that works well. 20 has a follower about half as tall and tilts very easily. Seems to not have enough pressure on the front of the follower which allows the ammo brass to hang up on the front lip of the mag. Assume a shorter follower was used to meet the 20rd capacity but this was a bad design decision over making the mag 1/2" longer. Would prefer the same follower as the 10rd and give up 1-2 rounds instead of the follower that was used.

Duramag magazines are well designed and manufactured. This magazine feeds all brands and types of .350 Legend ammo without fail in my AR where others have had feeding issues. Highly recommend these magazines.

Seems to be good fit. I was only able to load 19 rounds in it , due to it not locking in place with 20 load. Have not shot with it yet.
