I'm one of the few that like shooting the P2000sk with the pinky extension floor plates. That said, the curved floor plates catch on my cover garment when using one of my holsters.
These flat floor plates work perfect and feel good when shooting. They also fix my carry issue.

Easy to install, less obtrusive than pinky-grip

The pinky-grip floor plates that came with my p2000sk and the spare magazine I bought aren't bad, but I wanted to replace them with these standard ones for more concealment.
Makes the magazine, and therefore, your p2000sk overall, much more streamlined and concealable. It also interferes less with getting a comfortable grip if you have big hands.
These are easy for a beginner to install, but be careful about the magazine spring, it will come free and launch an important piece of your magazine across the room if you aren't careful!
