Description: Smith & Wesson Model 60/640/649 Extractor Rod. This OEM factory original model 60, 640, 649 stainless steel extractor rod is manufactured for the Smith & Wesson J-Frame revolvers chambered in calibers .357 Mag and .38 special +P. Once engaged, the extractor rod assists the extractor by pushing it outward from the cylinder, removing the spent ammunition. This component is perfect as a spare or as an immediate replacement piece for a lost or damaged part.
