This does improve the trigger pull on your HK pistol (I installed this in an HK45). If you have an HK 45/45c the trigger shoe won't fit, which means you can either leave that part out or drill your factory trigger for the overtravel screw (I honestly don't find the pistol to have a lot of overtravel). After the install the Double Action pull measured at 8 lb. 6.0 oz. and the Single Action pull measured at 3 lb. 0.9 oz. using a Lyman digital gauge. The reset doesn't change that much, so if you're expecting say a trigger like a SIG Short Reset Trigger, you'll probably be a bit disappointed. I also find that the reset can be overly sluggish to the point of not resetting if you use the match trigger return spring. Keeping the factory trigger return spring barely increases the pull weight, but gives some piece of mind. This was the cheapest I could find the kit online.

A night and day upgrade over the stock USP 45 parts. It took a while to install, I'd send it to your local gunsmith, well worth the price and installation hassle.

If you have the money to blow, go for it. It didn’t blow me away BUT what it did do was make my 18# recoil and 16# hammer springs bearable (im shooting 45 super). The original trigger almost felt like it would bend at the back so with the adjustable overtravel stop, I tuned it perfectly. A little dry fire practice and I really came to notice the new clean SA trigger break.

Didn't notice a large change in weight but smoothed out the double action pull first try. Tons of people have installed these and its quality factory made HK parts. Take a look at the pictures of the modified needle nose pliers that many people use for the trigger return spring and you can take any pair of cheap 3$ needles and grind a round groove in the jaws and slim the ends down with a grinder. Was still a bit tricky but it worked. MGW got everything shipped out real quick!
