Description: Smith & Wesson J-Frame Hammer, Enclosed. Constructed from quality steel, this OEM factory original enclosed hammer is manufactured for the J Frame revolvers chambered in .38 Special and .357 Mag. The hammer is responsible for striking the firing pin, causing the live ammunition to be fired. This piece is perfect as a spare the workbench or as an immediate replacement for a lost or damaged part.
