Description: Smith & Wesson M&P Bodyguard 380 Laser Button Cover. This button cover is made with red polymer and is an OEM factory original part from Smith & Wesson. This laser button cover is created for the M&P Bodyguard 380 model of pistols from Smith & Wesson chambered in .380 Auto. The button cover is placed inside the laser button cap on its nib to provide a more ridged and reliable surface to activate the foil switch for the laser. This cover is perfect for use in an emergency replacement stash and can be great to have in the spare parts chest. This item is proudly made in the USA by Smith & Wesson.

Fits and functions perfectly in my older Insight laser equipped (non M&P) Bodyguard 380. Really pops with the matching red Santiago trigger I installed too. Highly recommend!

The original gray buttons on my S&W 380 Bodyguard have a "post" in the center that activates the laser switch. Over time these posts seem to have softened or misaligned and were no longer doing their job. It took a major act to activate and/or turn off the laser. These new buttons do not have a center post and I was at first skeptical that they would work, but after installing them, they work fine.
