Midwest Gun Works DOES NOT offer refunds in place of the magazines.
It is the customer's responsibility for understanding state and local laws regarding magazine capacities.
Customers ordering magazines that are illegal to own in their state will have their orders cancelled and will be charged a 5% restocking fee.
States with applied magazine restrictions:
- California - no magazines greater than 10 rounds
- Colorado - no magazines greater than 15 rounds
- Connecticut - no magazines greater than 10 rounds (larger with a valid permit.)
- Delaware - no magazines greater than 17 rounds.
- Hawaii - no pistol magazines greater than 10 rounds
- Illinois -
- No pistol magazines greater than 15 rounds
- No rifle magazines greater than 10 rounds
- Chicago, Highland Park, Cook County, Dolton, Homewood & Oak Park- no magazines greater than 10 rounds

- No semi-auto shotgun fixed magazine greater than 7 rounds
- Washington D.C. - no magazines greater than 10 rounds
Exceptions:
- L.E.O. must provide both their credentials and a letterhead signed by their department's superior officer stating that the magazine/weapon will either be used in the execution of the L.E.O.'s duties, or off duty
- o Midwest Gun Works only recognizes City Police Officers, County Sheriff Deputies, and State Police (including Highway Patrol) as L.E.O.'s.
Midwest Gun Works will not disassemble magazines to be sold as magazine parts.

It does NOT slide smoothly into position and regularly jam’s half-way. Once inserted it frequently has feed issues.
It does not match the other clips for the weapon, is similar, not identical. Craftsmanship is poor.
I do not recommend this product and have thrown mine out.

This magazine would not load with the slide in battery. When a loaded magazine is loaded with the slide locked back, then slammed shut, the trigger was locked all the way back. When the slide is pulled back and the magazine is removed the bullets are scrambled in all directions and a round was chambered.

Did not function in my 9mm BDM - however MGW refunded my cost very fast.
Would not recommend this item.
I would recommend MGW for future purchases.

Ordered Two mags for my Browning BDM. 15 RD clips for this gun are impossible to find. Had to send one back for replacement with a half inch split at the top corner. The other didn't fit until i filed, and sanded it and made it feed properly, then had to Re-Blue it. Replacement came in, and i had to re-work it the same way. Terrible manufacturing and quality control! Got my mags, but had to work hard for them. Will avoid this company in the future. Just horrible!

Looked good, felt good just like the first one I bought. . . . and returned with a note that it was too fat and could not be used. I thought it was a flyer and a good one would be supplied when I ordered a new one. But no, I simply included a copy of the same note with the second one to return it. Customer service said "only about 3 have been returned for this problem - now only 4!!!!!
