Description: FN SLP MK1 & Winchester Super X2,3,4 Invector 12ga. Barrel 22", Matte. This 12 gauge barrel has a 3" chamber, a matte blued finish, is threaded for standard invector choketube, and comes with a flush mount imp. cylinder choke. It also features a cantilever scope rail, with a rear flip up sight and also has a front fiber optic sight installed. Designed for the FN Self Loading Police (SLP) shotguns, this barrel will also fit the Winchester Super X2, Super X3 & Super X4 model shotguns.
- Because the Cantilever Barrels have a slightly larger outside diameter. Your forend may have to have the inside edges that come into contact with the barrel sanded down slightly to aid in sliding the forend all the way down to the receiver.

Winchester SX3 Barrel Conversion

This is a great drop in replacement barrel for the Winchester SX3 shotgun. I replaced the 26'' hunting barrel with a 22'' home defense tactical barrel.
Everything reassembled nicely and the gun shoots flawlessly.

Great in many versatile ways: turkey, small game, deer, and predator hunting. Note: the barrel does not fit the SX4!
I use 3 different chokes; Imp. Cyl. ported, Mod, Imp. Mod. Previously, I used steel shot in CA. so tighter than I.M. can blow your patterns. All my chokes are extended for the best patterning and they all work as designed.
Personally, I would prefer a drilled and tapped receiver with an add-on rail that can be dismounted, IMO.
Also, I'm not sure a scope would hold up unless it was a rugged model. Red Dot is likely ok. The flip-up sight works well but rifled slugs hit 8" high at 35 yards. It could be ok at 75-100.
One other caveat: don't use heavy buck or 3" heavy Turkey with a Wood stock on the gun without the wider channel of a polymer forend. I broke mine after 3 rounds- splintered off like a baseball bat. The weight of my SX3 is at least 8 pounds with this barrel...

Great but rough finish fit perfectly on my sx3 slugger outer finish was subpar but bore was shiny and perfect functions flawlessly i was hoping for better finish but happy anyway

Fit right on my SX3 receiver but don’t forget to get a new forend to fit the barrel contour. The Shadow black forend fits perfectly. With a rifled choke, it shot Federal TruBall Slugs as good as some of the best sabots from a fully rifled barrel at 100 yards.
