Description: Glock Trigger Spring, NY 1 Slim (G42, G43, G43X & G48), Orange. This factory original Glock spring assembly is designed for Glock Slimline Series pistols chambered in either 9mm or .380 Auto. The New York 1 spring is installed within the trigger mechanism housing to provide proper tension to the trigger bar for both draw and reset. The NY 1 spring provides about 8 pounds of pressure. The spring is made to the same high standards in material and workmanship as the parts that originally came in your Glock firearm. This part is perfect to replace your worn or damaged parts, or to have as a spare to keep your Glock in top operating condition.

I wanted to eliminate the hard wall on the oem slimline by adding the edge connector. But it brought the trigger too far back and way too light. This NY1 spring moved the shoe back to where it was and countered the weight reduction. Perfect for a smooth consistent pull.

Excellent for those of us who shoot a NY1 trigger more accurately than the stock 43 or 48. More complicated to install than a standard NY1, but a little research on YouTube fixed that. I don’t care for minus connectors, so I cannot assess that set-up for those who prefer it.
