This striker assembly is constructed of a durable white polymer bushing / keeper and stainless steel pin / spring components and is an OEM factory original part from Smith & Wesson. The firing pin assembly is designed for the M2.0,  Full Sized, Compact, & Shield versions of the M&P 9 / 40 models of pistols from Smith & Wesson chambered in 9mm & .40 S&W respectively. The assembly contains the appropriate springs, spacers, retainers, and the firing pin so that it may be dropped into the firearm right away. This assembly is perfect for use in an emergency replacement stash and can be great to have in the spare parts chest. This item is proudly made in the USA by Smith & Wesson.
