MGW is my go to vendor for firearms parts. They have been very reliable through multiple orders and never misleads with respect to availability. The NY1 trigger spring provides me with excellent balance between shootability and safety. Because it is also an OEM part, it should function reliably.

Installation on Gen 5 Glocks is different then on earlier Gen models, but the spring works fine. If you need a NY 1 for your Gen pistol this is it.
Recommended
Glock NY 1 Black is for Gen 5 only.

If you like your Gen 5 Glock to have a harder, but still easily manageable, trigger pull for safety, use the NY 1 Black. Reset is more positive than stock spring. The trigger take-up to the wall is also less abrupt. Just drop the spring into the trigger housing. No need to "snap". MGW did an excellent job fulfilling my order.
