Descripton: Smith & Wesson Model 66/69/686 Grip, Black Rubber. These black rubber grip set is manufactured for the Smith & Wesson K and L-Frame Model 66, 69, and 689 revolvers chambered in .357 Mag, .44 Mag, .44 Special, and .38 Special. These grips feature detailed checkering and the S&W logo. This set works great for the next workshop project or as immediate replacements. Installation hardware included.

As a white haired old revolver and pistol shooter of more than fifty years I have used many handgun grips, wood, pachmayr, hogue and others in several styles. These are the best design I have found. Perfect ergos for my hand and several of my friends have purchased them as well. It covers the backstrap and positions my finger perfectly on the trigger. Thy were not easy to find but Midwest Gun Works has them.

I purchased these grips for my Smith & Wesson 586 L comp. These grips are round butt grips and cover the complete frame butt. They have the S & W logo emblazoned on the them. The fit is perfect and the grip is soft to manage the hot loads of the .357 magnum. Anyone with sensitive arthritis hands will enjoy these grips. I didn't want to give up shooting and these grips really help manage the recoil. I recommend them.

This 3” talo model came with the most beautiful grips I’ve ever seen dark Rosewood but unfortunately the backstrap was exposed I tried Pachiner I tried to other brands I was hoping this was just like the original it comes with 686+ . It was comfortable beyond my expectations it covers the backstrap perfectly and fits perfectly into my hands and now I can shoot 357 magnum with no problem! This is just like the original which was designed perfectly to absorb recoil fantastic!

I have a S&W model 65. I was not crazy about the wooden grips and ordered a pair of rudder grips from S&W in 2006. I thought that I would receive a S&W brand but received a set of Uncle Mike's. The grips were an improvement. I was able to get a better handle of the firearm. Yet, I still desired a set with the S&W emblem. When I purchased a M360 with rubber grips that had the S&W, I figured that grips may be available for my model 65. While cruising through MGW's site, I noticed a pair. The price seemed reasonable. So, I buy them. I could not be happier. The firearm fits in my hand like a glove. Plus, the grips look nice. With rubber grips to adsorb some of the recoil, what more could be asked for? Seems like a win, win, win situation.

These are the grips that S&W puts on the snub-nosed 686+, and the Model 69 Combat Magnum snubby. They are VASTLY superior to the poor quality grips that Pachmayr seems to be putting out these days. They are the performance equal of the Pacmayrs of bygone days, plus they fit far better, and actually lock down tightly without stripping the escutcheon, or pulling the screw through the material of the grip. Definitely my go-to's in the future.
