Could not be done without this wrench

Re-Barreling a Remington 700 .270 cal rifle. I tried calling several gun shops in the area. One said that he would do it but could not guarantee the old barrel would not have damage to the finish when he was done. I decided to get the Wheeler Action Wrench #2 and the barrel vise. I soaked the threads on the original barrel with Kroil for three days. Put the barreled action into the vise and used the Action Wrench to unscrew the barrel from the action. It was cake.
The barrel unscrewed (with a little umph) and the finish was undamaged. Good to go! Worth every penny.
