My S&W .22 Victory "spit" its extractor into the weeds (along with the piston and spring). I was NOT amused. I was particularly NOT amused when someone said, "The extractor is a consumable part". Mighty strange then, that my grandfather's 60+ year old .22 firearm is still going strong with the original production parts. ANYWAY... This part, and the piston, and spring, I bought with it, fit, and work, like the originals. Hopefully they last longer. Fortunately the price of these parts is very reasonable. My advice, keep some extras handy for when you need them. MGW - Had what I needed in stock, and delivered it quickly.
