This steel constructed extended slide stop lever with spring is finished in black and is an OEM factory original Glock component. This part is made to the same high standards in workmanship and materials as you would find in any other Glock firearm part. This is a great replacement for a worn or damaged part; or have this as a spare to keep your Glock in top operating condition.

Great change from the factory lever,my hands were severely burned and are weaker than normal. This simple change out part made all the difference I can now change mags without coming over the top with left hand to pull and release slide , If you can change a flat tire you can install this part , it’s simply the best improvement I’ve made to the G5 mod.26

This is a top quality Glock product, and like Glock firearms, it just works. It is positioned in a perfect location, so as not to interfere with the operation of the gun, but to be exactly where you want it when you want to release or lock the slide, It adds convenience and speed to operating the firearm. I have and use them on all of my Glocks.

I installed two of these in my wife's and my Glock 45s. The stock version was challenging to both set and release the slide. Now these functions are a breeze.
I will need to be cautious with my thumb to prevent last round slide lock, but that comes with the territory with any slide lock. We are very satisfied, especially with the price.

The pic makes the part look like it has a matte finish but is actually a gloss finish that matches the standard OEM controls. Easy to install, but when I had everything put back together again the slide release did not function as intended until I replaced the spring with the one that was on the original OEM slide release. Now it functions as intended and is a vast improvement over the standard release.

MGW was awesome - I was looking to upgrade a coupe of my glocks with this extension for sometime. The supply chain being what it is I all but gave up hope. I signed up for a 'remind me when back in stock' with MGW not expecting much. To my surprise I WAS notified via email and pulled the tripper (ha!) on this as soon as I got my notification. Good thing I did as they were sold out again in about an hour! Shipping was fast and install was easy. These work out awesome - really should have been installed from the factory but I digress.
