Somehow my 11 year-old son crushed the front fiber optic sight on his Franchi youth model shotgun. This was an exact replacement which I was able to install myself using some basic tools.

This is the factory OEM sight for the Franchi Affinity. I removed the old broken fiber optic sight and installed the replacement using a crescent wrench. I have heard some say that a 3-56 sight would have also worked, but I was unwilling to take that chance. I would, however, consider replacing the Affinity front sight with the I-12 front sight as it is larger and has the same diameter and pitch.
