Was the best price I could find; I have a LAPD trade-in M1 and my mag cap (made of aluminum) had worn teeth where it engages the ball bearing on the front of the barrel lug. I'm planning on getting the M1 cerakoted and needed to replace this first. The fit is excellent and has much better engagement than the old part. That said, the swivel has slightly different dimensions than the original so I might swap them out before sending it for cerakoting.
