Bought this mostly as a mount for my AAC 5.56 suppressor. I was pleasantly surprised at what a good muzzle brake it is. Keeps the muzzle very flat, dampens recoil well. It puts out smoke and a push of air to the side, but it is less of a hard slap or pressure wave that most dedicated muzzle brakes I have used. Good compromise, well designed.

Glad MGW is providing AAC quick detach muzzle brakes to accommodate AAC silencers !!! This did the trick !

Since AAC was sold it became VERY hard to find 51T-1/2x28 Muzzle Brakes. I was extremely happy to find these Muzzle Brakes again! AAC made the best suppressors on the market, and I hope they are available again soon.
