Packing a full-size punch into a more concealable midsize form, this FN 509 Midsize NMS pistol is chambered in 9mm and is perfect for commercial, law enforcement and military users alike. This pistol comes with 2 15 round magazines and features a fixed 3 dot luminescent sight system, a cold hammer-forged stainless steel barrel, polished chamber and feed ramp, a black coated slide with improved front and rear cocking serrations, MIL-STD-1913 accessory mounting rail, and more. Included with the FN 509 Midsize NMS pistol are two interchangeable backstraps, two 15-round magazines, owner's manual, locking device, and an FN logo soft pistol case.
Upgrade your EDC with the FN 509 Midsize. This ideal combination of a four-inch slide and barrel with a midsize frame retains full-sized pistol performance in an easily-concealed package. The 9mm pistol ships standard with a 15-round capacity and is compatible with all FN 509 magazines with use of a sleeve. The improved controls aid in manipulation, the new improved texturing on the two included backstraps provides better recoil management and a new, flatter faced trigger allows for more controllable trigger press and cleaner break.

4" Barrel
This FN 509 Midsize pistol boasts a cold hammer forged stainless steel 4" barrel that has a black finish and is chambered for 9mm. This firearm's barrel carries a recessed target crown for improved accuracy, a polished chamber / feed ramp and a 1:10 RH twist rate.
Midsize Frame
This pistol packs the same full-size punch as the larger version, but in a slightly smaller and manageable size. The 509 Midsize ships with 2 interchangeable backstraps to ensure a more secure fit to your hands. The 509 also boasts an enhanced grip texture which enables faster follow-up shots in all conditions.
Accessory Rail
The 2" MIL-STD 1913 Picatinny accessory rail with universal grooves under the barrel is prime real estate for accessories like lights and lasers.
3 Dot Luminescent sights
The slide of this FN 509 has a fixed 3 dot luminescent (not tritium) sight system installed to keep the firearm target ready through light source changes.
15 Round Magazines
This pistol ships with two (2) 15 round magazines chambered for 9mm. These mags are constructed of a gloss blued steel and feature indicator holes to keep track of number of rounds loaded. The pistol is compatible with FN 509 17 round and 24 round magazines as well.

Firearm Purchasing Policy
Midwest Gun Works sells firearms only in accordance with all Federal, State & Local firearms regulations. Midwest Gun Works will only ship a Firearm to a Federal Firearms License holder (FFL). FFL holder must be located within the United States. We do not and will not ship firearms internationally. In order for Midwest Gun Works to ship your firearm purchase, you must complete the following steps:
- Midwest Gun Works must receive a legible and SIGNED copy of the Federal Firearms License from the dealer that will receive the firearm. This can be done via fax, email or standard mail.
- Payment must be received via Credit Card
Important note: Please insure that you or your FFL dealer includes your name and order number with FFL when Emailed or faxed.

Shipping
WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO VALID FFL DEALERS.
Once payment and a signed FFL copy have been received, Midwest Gun Works will then process and prepare the firearm for shipment. All firearms are typically shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Most shipments going to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped via USPS. Shipping rates vary according to geographical location and final value of Firearm being purchased. Minimum shipping rates are as follows:
- Long Guns: Minimum shipping rate is set at $32.00, with any additional charges being added once final value and location of receiver have been established.
- Hand Guns: Minimum shipping rate is set at $41.00, with any additional charges being added once final value and location of receiver have been established.
* Any additional shipping charges not shown during online check-out will be presented to the customer for approval prior to processing the order.
Once your FFL Dealer receives the firearm, you as the purchaser will then be required to fill out all pertinent paperwork with them in order to take possession of your firearm.

- Not all of the states listed may have L.E.O. exemptions.
