Description: FN FNS-9C / 40C Magazine Release, Low Profile. Coated with a black finish, this steel ambidextrous magazine release is an OEM factory original component from FN America. This magazine release is designed for FN FNS-9C and FNS-40C pistols. The magazine release poses left and right buttons on the side of the frame to allow for releasing of the magazine from the firearm.
Note: It is recommended that all FN America parts be installed by a qualified and trained gunsmith.

I have a FNS 40 full-size. The original magazine release stuck out so far that it unintentionally released the magazine over and over. I switched to the compact magazine release and now the magazine releases only when I intentionally press the magazine release.
