Description: Winchester Model 70 1" Scope Rings And Integrated Bases. Make sure your favorite Winchester Model 70 rifle carries its scope with Winchester bases and rings. Designed and manufactured with absolute precision, the unitized mount is machined from 7000-series aircraft grade aluminum alloy. It integrates the mounting base with the lower portion of the scope ring so there is nothing to come out of alignment that might cause your scope to lose zero. These 1" diameter integrated mounts are available in low, medium or high ring heights and your choice of a matte black or gloss black finish to match your scope and firearm. Includes mounting hardware.
NOTE: These rings fit Post '64 long action and short action Winchester Model 70 rifles except WSSM models manufactured from 2001 onward.

Perfect Rings/Bases for Winchester Model 70

I put these on my recently acquired 1964 Winchester Model 70 and they fit like a glove. Just make sure you use the correct size screws with the correct base. There are no instructions so make sure to dry fit before torque or loctite, I bought medium and they fit a 40mm objective perfectly. I highly recomd these for a Mod 70 scope install. BTW, they are made by talley so great quality.

Fits very nicely. No torque specs unfortunately had to call Winchester about that which is what they suggest. Otherwise very nice product would certainly buy again. Thanks Midwest gun works !

I like the idea of mounting the bases direct to barrel, no rail. I had to email Winchester to find out which of the 3 sizes I needed. They replied quickly. This info should be on their website though. There aren’t any instructors so I had to figure out which part went where, how to orient them, and which screws went where.

Okay, hard to get too excited about scope mounts... they work or they don't... these do. Solid fit and finish. Hold the scope secure. Can't ask for much more than that. Also, MGW is a very good place to get parts and supplies. I'll be back.
