Description: Heckler & Koch VP40-B Push Button Pistol with (3) 13rd. Magazines & Night Sights. This very capable and performance-driven VP40 pistol from H&K is chambered in .40 S&W. The handgun features front/rear night sights, an ergonomic and adjustable grip, best-in-class trigger and a precision strike trigger control system. This VP40-B model features a left-side magazine release button (reversible) opposed to the traditional ambidextrous lever release found on VP models. The pistol ships with three (3) 13 round magazines, three sets of grips (small, medium & large) to customize your frame to match your grip and a magazine speed loader.
The VP40 uses HK's ergonomic handgun grip design that includes three changeable backstraps and six grip side panels - accommodating all hand sizes. Molded finger grooves in the front of the pistol's grip also instinctively position an operator's hand for optimal shooting. Only HK handguns have such a customized grip. Although influenced by other HK models, the VP Series has all the hallmarks of the latest, state-of-the-art handgun. This model features the reversible mag release button. Slide releases are present on both sides of the frame.

Polygonal 4.09" Barrel
The firearm features a cold hammer forged barrel measuring 4.09" with a black finish. The barrel also boasts the famous HK polygonal bore profile which effectively seals propellant gases behind the bullet thus increasing bullet velocity.
Night Sights
The slide features tritium night sights installed on both the front and rear for increased target accuracy in any light situation. And the rear sight features clean serrations.
Push Button Mag Release
This VP40-B features a left-side magazine release button (reversible) opposed to the traditional ambidextrous lever release found on VP models.
Accessory Rail
The VP40 has an extended Picatinny MIL-STD-1913 rail molded into its polymer frame for mounting lights and accessories. The rail has been tested and certified to handle mounted accessories up to 5.6 ounces.
Best-In-Class Trigger
The VP40 trigger surpasses those found on competitor pistols. It has a short, light take-up with a solid, single action type break followed by a short positive reset.
13 Round Magazines
The VP40 ships with three (3) 13 round zipper back magazines chambered for .40 S&W. These mags are constructed of a matte black steel and feature indicator holes to keep track of number of rounds loaded. Also comes with a magazine speed loader.
Extra Grips
The pistol ships with 2 additional sets of side grips w/ backstrap. The standard size is installed on the pistol while a medium and large set is included.

Firearm Purchasing Policy
Midwest Gun Works sells firearms only in accordance with all Federal, State & Local firearms regulations. Midwest Gun Works will only ship a Firearm to a Federal Firearms License holder (FFL). FFL holder must be located within the United States. We do not and will not ship firearms internationally. In order for Midwest Gun Works to ship your firearm purchase, you must complete the following steps:
- Midwest Gun Works must receive a legible and SIGNED copy of the Federal Firearms License from the dealer that will receive the firearm. This can be done via fax, email or standard mail.
- Payment must be received via Credit Card
Important note: Please insure that you or your FFL dealer includes your name and order number with FFL when Emailed or faxed.

Shipping
WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO VALID FFL DEALERS.
Once payment and a signed FFL copy have been received, Midwest Gun Works will then process and prepare the firearm for shipment. All firearms are typically shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Most shipments going to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped via USPS. Shipping rates vary according to geographical location and final value of Firearm being purchased. Minimum shipping rates are as follows:
- Long Guns: Minimum shipping rate is set at $32.00, with any additional charges being added once final value and location of receiver have been established.
- Hand Guns: Minimum shipping rate is set at $41.00, with any additional charges being added once final value and location of receiver have been established.
* Any additional shipping charges not shown during online check-out will be presented to the customer for approval prior to processing the order.
Once your FFL Dealer receives the firearm, you as the purchaser will then be required to fill out all pertinent paperwork with them in order to take possession of your firearm.

- Midwest Gun Works only recognizes City Police Officers, County Sheriff Deputies, and State Police (including Highway Patrol) as L.E.Os.
- Not all of the states listed may have L.E.O. exemptions.
