I bought this stock due to arthritis bone on bone if my middle finger and joint at my right hand. Pistol grip moves my finger away from trigger guard and i feel no pain in my hand anymore. The stock pad isnt as soft as my 20 year old M2 but thats understandable. I was shooting magnum 12ga. field loads and the next day felt the recoil in the form of a bruise. Overall very satisfied with stock getting the safety off is a little new but but will get used to it. Why they advertise having to buy extra parts is confusing to me the sling stock plate is included. The other part isnt needed,

I ordered this stock to see if i could eliminate terrible pain in my middle finger when shooting. After three rounds of 3 in mag BBB at geese it is a HAND SAVER. I don't know why you need to order sling plate and spring plug? Sling plate was included and no need to take apart spring tube.
