Midwest Gun Works DOES NOT offer refunds in place of the magazines.
It is the customer's responsibility for understanding state and local laws regarding magazine capacities.
Customers ordering magazines that are illegal to own in their state will have their orders cancelled and will be charged a 5% restocking fee.

- California - no magazines greater than 10 rounds
- Colorado - no magazines greater than 15 rounds
- Connecticut - no magazines greater than 10 rounds (larger with a valid permit.)
- Delaware - no magazines greater than 17 rounds.

Exceptions:
- L.E.O. must provide both their credentials and a letterhead signed by their department's superior officer stating that the magazine/weapon will either be used in the execution of the L.E.O.'s duties, or off duty
- o Midwest Gun Works only recognizes City Police Officers, County Sheriff Deputies, and State Police (including Highway Patrol) as L.E.O.'s.
Midwest Gun Works will not disassemble magazines to be sold as magazine parts.

Not sure how to rate this. I ordered two, one of which works just fine. The other would not hold ammo and would not fit into my Challenger III. MGW customer service is fantastic. They offered a refund or replacement. I chose the latter as I really do need an additional mag. However, the replacement would not fit into my Challenger III. When I try to insert a
the loaded mag, it goes in only about 2/3 of the way and when I remove it, the top cartridge has come loose and is inside of the pistol grip. I decided to return this mag for a refund. So, I guess the rating would be 33%: 5; 67%: 1. Customer service in definitely a 5, even though I have not yet received a refund for the second return. These are modified BuckMark mags.

I purchased a Browning II many years ago but, as was usual, only one 10 round magazine was provided. I recently wanted to get back to shooting this 22LR more. The original Browning mags are no longer available, but this Triple K mag is essentially identical and is a good fit. Have only put 100 rounds through as yet, but no issues so far. Seems to be a quality product and the service from MGW was excellent, especially in view of the COVID situation. Thank you MGW!
