This forward assist kit for the Sig Sauer M400 is a factory-original, spring-loaded button on the side of the upper receiver that manually pushes the bolt carrier group forward when the recoil spring fails to fully seat the cartridge in the chamber. The kit includes the slotted upper pin for installing the forward assist. All parts in this kit are made from high-quality steel. This component is designed to replace lost or damaged OEM parts.
