Solved Jamming
5 out of 5
Sig MCX
Location: Florida
Date: August 25, 2021
Gorilla 205 grain subsonic 300 Blackout rounds were jamming in my Sig MCX because the forward rib in a 223/556 magazine caused the rounds not to line up with the feed ramps. The problem was fixed by the Lancer L5 300 Blackout magazine because the forward rib is thinner, this allows the larger Gorilla 205 grain rounds to lie straighter front to back thereby lining them up perfectly with the feed ramps on my Sig MCX. All rounds cycled perfectly with my suppressed Sig MCX.

Build quality seems very nice. But main reason i purchased was for quick reference to know which of my mags had 300 vs 556. All of my clear mags are 300 only. The added benefit of being able to check ammo counts at a glance is nice also.
