Description: Browning A-Bolt Trigger Guard Screw, Rear, Hunter/Medallion (Pre 96). Showcasing matte blued steel, this rear trigger guard screw is designed for the Browning A-Bolt family of rifles. When coupled with the front trigger guard screw, this piece retains the trigger guard to the stock. This factory original component is perfect for the next workbench project or an immediate replacement for worn or missing parts.

Browning A-Bolt History

The production of the A-Bolt bolt action rifle began in 1985. In 1994, Browning introduced the BOSS (Ballistic Optimizing Shooting System) and with it the A-Bolt II. The A-Bolt II Model is currently in production.

    217=Medallion

1994-1998

In 1994 Browning introduced the BOSS (Ballistic Optimizing Shooting System). Along with the BOSS, Browning made changes to the A-Bolt and introduced the A-Bolt II.

The production of the A-Bolt 22 rifle began in 1986. The A-Bolt 22 rifle ceased production in 1996.

The production of the Browning BBR rifle began in 1978 and was offered in the Long or Standard Action Calibers of .25-06 Rem, .270 Win, .30-06 Sprg, 7mm Rem Mag, .300 Win Mag, or .338 Win Mag and Short Action Calibers of .22-250 Rem., .243 Win, .257 Roberts, 7mm-08 Rem, or .308 Win. The production of the BBR bolt action rifle ended in 1984 when Browning introduced the A-Bolt.
