Beretta 303 12ga Trigger Plate

Needed to replace the trigger plate on my Beretta A 302 and this piece fit perfectly! The bluing is close, but with a 37 year age difference, it's not quite the same. Disassembly/Reassembly of the Trigger Group was easy enough. Make sure the Cut-off Lever (Trigger Plate retaining lever) has 360 degree movement before reinstallation. I had to file/fit the Trigger Plate to allow the Cut-off Lever free movement. Took about 10 minutes with a very small file and then a small amount of touch up paint. Work slowly! It doesn't take much! Also, this part seems to be a general replacement part for the 300 series shotguns, so make sure you have a Safety that is .960" in length (Part Code: C56312960). My original Safety was .825" in length and would not work with the new trigger plate! Shotgun went back together with no problems and functions perfectly! Very pleased!
