Well after about 1500 rounds through the gun. Gun started to slow down on cycling and ran into some issues while duck hunting. I could have probably stretched the old spring. But why not just replace it for cheap. And it worked immediately. Gun is back to cycling like it was just pulled out of the box. I also advise when you do this you also replace the O ring in the piston. Those can wear down as well from the elements and cleaning the gun.

The spring showed up quickly. I was amazed how much shrinkage there was on my old spring compared to new. You could feel the slow follow-up shot locking time being off. Morale of the story: pay attention to this spring as a three or four year replacement.

haven't put it in yet have 38000 (thats not a typo) rounds through my A400 and thought maybe I was due a new recoil spring
