I used this part when replacing a Beretta 1301 Tactical front sight. A thin-profile 5.5 mm open end wrench works perfectly on this nut.

The Beretta/Benelli front sight nuts are just that. An OEM quality nyloc nut that should be replaced if removed once or twice. The nylon insert becomes worn and no longer holds tightly. I required these when installing replacement front sight posts from another manufactured that should have included new hardware, but did not. the 5 star review is really for MGW and their excellent follow through of notification of a product that was out of stock for some time. I had actually forgotten that I signed up for notification of when the product was back in stock, but MGW did not.
