This Forend Tube Assembly arrived sooner than expected, packaged well and in perfect condition. Took me a while to get it installed, but the 870 is back to working like a champ!

I had to order this for a 3" chamber 870 express magnum from the mid 90s. Perfect fit. Be sure to order the nut also PN:F18634 for an effortless installation.

I have a handful of 870's. I had one of the action rods fatigue and break after years of use. Not an easy part to come by. Fit perfectly, slides beautifully, feels just like it did before. Couldn't ask for anything else

…the finish on the action bars is strange in comparison with ‘old’ Remington - too bright and shows wheel/belt marks. However, these have Remington’s most recent FlexTab modification on the left action bar, and this commenter believes that’s important. Get ‘em while we can.

This will not fit a 12 ga 870 magnum express. The threads on the end of this tube are fine threads and the magnum express has a very coarse threaded cap.
So my star rating has nothing to do with the product this is just a be aware review.
